Angus Beef cuts come from carcasses graded by Brazil Beef Quality according to 11 quality attributes and have been certified by the Brazilian Angus Association since 2004.
Since 2008, the Brazilian Angus Association has certified all Angus beef from VPJ Alimentos, ensuring breed standards, age, and carcass finish.
The Certified Angus Beef Program is recognized by the National Confederation of Agriculture (CNA) and undergoes external audits by the European company TÜV RHEINLAND, providing international credibility to Angus beef from Alimentos.
In 2019, Alimentos once again innovated by implementing a Carcass Grading Program, conducted by Brazil Beef Quality.
