- This recipe can be perfectly made with 2 steaks from the package. If you have more people, just double the ingredients.
- Thaw the package of Angus tenderloin steaks in the refrigerator overnight.
- Set aside 2 steaks and reserve the rest for other recipes.
- Cut the steaks into small cubes and place the chopped meat in a bowl set in another bowl with ice.
- Add finely diced red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Also, add finely chopped capers, thin slices of chives, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- After seasoning, mix the meat well. Serve the meat on a plate with the egg on top and accompany it with toast spread with Dijon mustard and diced pickles.
