ANGUS STEAK TARTARE

  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • 200g Angus tenderloin steak
  • 1 red onion
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Capers to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Dijon mustard to taste
  • Pickles to taste
  • Toasts

  1. This recipe can be perfectly made with 2 steaks from the package. If you have more people, just double the ingredients.
  2. Thaw the package of Angus tenderloin steaks in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Set aside 2 steaks and reserve the rest for other recipes.
  4. Cut the steaks into small cubes and place the chopped meat in a bowl set in another bowl with ice.
  5. Add finely diced red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Also, add finely chopped capers, thin slices of chives, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  6. After seasoning, mix the meat well. Serve the meat on a plate with the egg on top and accompany it with toast spread with Dijon mustard and diced pickles.
