Black Angus Carpaccio as a Starter

Ingredients

  • 1 box of VPJ Black Angus Carpaccio
  • 100g arugula sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pickled capers

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • Juice of half a Sicilian lemon
  • VPJ Salt Grass salt with black pepper, to taste

directions

  1. In a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and, using a whisk or fork, mix vigorously until fully combined.
  2. Arrange the carpaccio slices on a flat plate, without overlapping them completely.
  3. Add the arugula sprouts, grated parmesan, and sliced almonds.
  4. Finish with the sauce and capers.
