- Season the Duroc ribs with chopped garlic, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake at 180ºC for two and a half hours.
- Remove from the oven, open the wrapping, and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Optional: Return to a very hot oven and bake until the meat caramelizes.
BARBECUE SAUCE
Combine all the ingredients in a pot and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. Remove from heat and serve with sauce on the side. Accompany with fries or stuffed potatoes.
