Duroc Short Ribs with Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 Duroc Pork Short Rib VPJ
  • Salt with pepper Salt Grass
  • 3 tablespoons of SaltGrass Chimichurri
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon

directions

  1. Season the short rib with Salt Grass salt with pepper, and grill over medium coals for 8 minutes on each side.
  2. For the chimichurri sauce, in a bowl, mix the dry herb blend from VPJ Salt Grass Chimichurri with the juice of half a lemon and the olive oil. Adjust the salt to taste and serve alongside the short ribs.
