- Season the lamb ribs with mustard, herbs, olive oil, and SaltGrass;
- Transfer to a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes, until golden brown;
- Remove from the oven, add a glass of white wine to the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and return to the oven for an additional 2 hours at 200°C (392°F).
