Short Rib Angus with Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 VPJ Angus Beef Short Rib
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of sage
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • VPJ Salt Grass (salt with garlic)

directions

  1. Finely chop all the herbs with a knife and mix them into the butter at room temperature. Reserve one sprig of sage to use as a seasoning brush.
  2. On a preheated grill at high temperature, cook the Short Rib seasoned with VPJ Salt Grass for 7 minutes on each side (medium-rare).
  3. During cooking, use the sage sprig to baste the meat with the herb butter. Repeat this process at least 3 times on each side.
  4. Enjoy your delicious Short Rib Angus with a flavorful herb butter!
