- Finely chop all the herbs with a knife and mix them into the butter at room temperature. Reserve one sprig of sage to use as a seasoning brush.
- On a preheated grill at high temperature, cook the Short Rib seasoned with VPJ Salt Grass for 7 minutes on each side (medium-rare).
- During cooking, use the sage sprig to baste the meat with the herb butter. Repeat this process at least 3 times on each side.
