Dorper lamb comes from female or male lambs of the Dorper and White Dorper breeds, of African origin. The animals are raised on pasture and finished in feedlots, receiving high-quality forage and natural grains. They are slaughtered at up to 6 months of age, with a live weight between 35 and 45 kg.

The carcasses are standardized, well finished and graded for quality.

The cuts stand out for their tenderness, pink color, mild flavor and high nutritional value.
