Garlic and Rosemary Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 VPJ Angus Beef short ribs
  • 5 sprigs of rosemary
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt Grass grilling salt

directions

  1. Peel the garlic and crush it along with the rosemary and SaltGrass grilling salt.
  2. Rub the seasoning evenly on each side of the meat and place it on a preheated and very hot grill for 5 minutes on each side.
